Newborns

Newborn sessions are tailored to YOUR style and preferences. Sessions focus on baby; however, parent, sibling, and family images are also included. Sessions include a variety of poses and full access to the newborn prop closet which includes various buckets, baskets, newborn beds, wraps, clothing, bows, and hats.

Baby & Kids

Sessions are tailored to YOUR style and preferences. Sessions are focused on kiddos with family images included.

Family

Family sessions typically focus on family and kids. Sessions take place at a variety of locations outdoors.

My Story

I've always loved photographs. They represent great times in life that should never be forgotten. After the birth of my first son I wanted to capture all the major changes that happen in those first few years of life. JMC Custom Photography was founded so that I could help you capture those moments as well. I have worked with over 600 amazing families. I cannot wait to work with you and your family!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT A NEWBORN PHOTO SESSION AT MY LIVONIA STUDIO?

Your experience will be filled with superior service, from the initial phone call to delivery of your printed art. You will know what to expect every step of the way. Prior to your session we will discuss everything you'd like included, from poses to colors and props. You will have full access to the newborn prop closet to select your favorite items and styles. Unsure what will look best with your little miracle? No problem, I've got you.

During your session just sit back, relax, and enjoy watching amazing images of your new little miracle being created. We'll also capture precious moments of you snuggling with your perfect little angel.

Two weeks after your session we'll sit down together to review your proof gallery. You'll have the opportunity to view sample art for your home and I'll help guide you through the options that may work best in your space.

At the conclusion of your session we will have created the most beautiful artwork for your home that you've ever seen!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT A CHILD OR FAMILY PHOTO SESSION?

Similar to a family trip to the zoo or a visit to the local apple orchard, photo sessions are meant to be an enjoyable family experience! You can expect laughter, silliness, and of course smiles!

I try to capture your personality so you'll find me snapping candid photos throughout the session. Parents frequently stand behind me and throw leaves at me and pretend to do lots of silly things to me to get their children to smile. Be yourself and have fun!
